Publishing third-party C&C modules

Post by Benoist »

Just wondering, as I still have to get familiar with the site and boards: how does one go about publishing supporting materials, modules and such for Castles & Crusades?

What's the procedure and who do we have to contact/pitch about it?

Thanks!

Get the submission guidelines, follow them, and then send it to Steve at [email protected]. If its art, send it to Peter at his address. This can all be found on the website.

If, on the other hand, you want your own SIEGE license (that is, to make stuff not through TLG) then contact Steve, again, and explain what you would do, and send in some sort of sample. You will have to follow the terms of the C&C OGL, though.

Thanks a lot, man. Where do I find the submission guidelines?

Is the C&C OGL different from Wizards' OGL? If so, where may I find it?

Guidelines and Submission forms

The C&C OGL is similar to the d20 one, but covers things specific to C&C. It can be found in every C&C book. :) But, online....

Steve is the man to contact. If one is wanting to publish C&C compatible material, the first thing that is required is to secure TLG's permission/license to use the logos, art and what not to indicate compatibility thereof.
