Adtherpe's Natural Materials - is it complete

Not sure if the version(s) I have are complete.

Page 13 and 14 have a creature materials index which takes up the whole two pages. It's in alphabetic order which is helpful but only goes up to "Fungi, Violet". It seems odd that only creatures from A to F would have any harvestable parts.

Both my physical copy and the pdf are like that so presumably was a design decision (or possible oversight!)
