Hey, Fridays have been a no go for me for so many weeks I think its just best to say I am not part of the game. If, when it actually looks like I am going to have a quiet evening at home on a Friday, and it looks like your going to run something, I'll just ask if you have a part I can play that night.
Since its 20,000 I suggest "Captain Nemo" as his title. Beyond the obvious connection, he is one who sails on his own terms and ignores those he doesn't agree with...confident in his journey and goals.
Sounds obvious to me! -Gm Michael

Yep, for sure. We might try another game soon, but you are always welcome to join in even if it's just for a night!

Hey guys. Just got home from work and I'm bushed. So sorry to do this, but I'm too tired to run the game.

Have a great evening and see ya next week (don't have to work)!

I am reading the charming Kobolds Ate my Baby. It looks like it could be played in one session. If you guys are interested I would run it this Friday. Lemme know what you think.

It looks like a lot of rules, but if you think it's simple to run, I'll read em'.
You're certain you wouldn't rather play Squirrel Attack: Nuts of Fury?
And we still need to do an Orcs of Thar campaign.

So many games. The fun will never end. hahaha. I suggested this one because it looked kind of amusing and can be played in one session. If it doesn't appeal to you guys then we do something else.

It is a lengthy document for a beer and pretzel game. However, the rules seem pretty simple and character generation should take less than 5 minutes. The whole humans as food thing does cause a bit of squick. As a joke it wears thin pretty quickly and I'd honestly rather not think about it at all. Work-around: I could turn the people into mutant chickens or something like that. Maybe Donald Trump supporters .... (kidding)

hahahaha Good luck getting Rhuvein to play an Orc ! ! !

Go for it, Penny! I'm game for any game.

And . . you know what, I might try an orc depending on how they are presented in that game!

Thanks guys for giving Victorious a whirl. We had a ton of fun with this at NTXRPGC last weekend, and should be posting a video (with Liz and I in full garb) in the next week.

Rhu, could you ask the admins to move this thread over to the Victorious forum so V players can more easily find it?

Good luck with KAMB... Though don't kobolds taste like chicken? ;)

...or do they taste like puppies? (Liz is gonna hit me!)

I really liked Victorious! What a super (pun intended) setting. I'll definitely watch the video.

You are welcome, sir! I really enjoyed running this game and would have continued, but with summer approaching and the fact that I was running a Sunday game . . I think burned me out a bit.

PLUS - I'm really wanting to write up my Sunday nite game scenarios and stories into modules.

Anyway, it's a fantastic game that has huge possibilities that we didn't explore because I'm not that good with supers and such.

Someone else WILL have a fabulous time using this game!

And yeah, I'll ask Tim if he can move this game to the V thread.

Rhu. :D

I plan to finish all the session journals and bring everything up to date ~ just in case you guys might feel like continuing with an occasional one off game.

I have a few more ideas and if and when I get them together praps we'll revisit. I would like to try the coach chase again, but with some added stuff to make it more dramatic (elves on griffons . . or somesuch - with sewer monsters popping out/up to attack the coaches as they race down the cobblestones).
