C series adventures

Post by gabriellyon »

Can anyone tell me about the C series adventures? I have collected the A series and plan on using them for a home game but am curious to know what the C series is like, seems to stay focused on the Darkenwald (sp?) which I am interested in. Any help appreciated.
Thanks
Gabe

You may want to cross post this under the C&C Adventure Modules subforum.

The C series takes place in the DrakenFold region of Aihrde. It is a lose collection of adventures that take place and expand the region. Unlike the A series which are losely connect and build the PCs up to take on Aufstrag.

I like the Shades of Mist adventure, but have never played it or run it. Perhaps one day. The one Darkenfold adventure I have played in a few times is Lure of Delusion. Good little mod, but a little short.

Thanks everyone, I have been eyeing the C series to use for demo events and while I love the A series I wanted something a little more geographically isolated and not a lead up to something as huge as Aufstrag. I read one of the new C series that had come with one of the new Kickstarters and it looked like it would fit the bill.

Gabs, based on your criteria I suggest Lure of Delusion. It's short, very demo-like, and con-friendly. I have modified it on the fly as needed to accommodate my players. It's an easy one to run too.
