Post by miller6 »

Here are the links to download KILLER TROLL CAVE.

Click below for the pdf
http://24.159.235.164:8000/miller6%20we ... 20cave.pdf

Or here for the zip
http://24.159.235.164:8000/miller6%20we ... 20cave.zip

Right click the link then click "save as" to save it to your hard drive. It's a large file so if you open it straight to a browser window, you may freeze the browser.

Enjoy!

WOW! That was quick!

I'll be checking it out when I get home (can't access the file from behind the firewall at work)

Exactly what I was thinking, especially since you weren't sure to make that module in the first place...
Once again, thanks for sharing your great work!

Spotted a couple typos in Killer Troll Cave in encounter 2. I fixed 'em and reposted the pdf and zip under the same links. If there are any more, I'll fix 'em in the compilation.

Thanks everyone for the compliments. Always nice to hear positive feedback!
For those who've read or played the mod, did you also find or forsee the Robert and Davis trolls managing to survive the party's attack in encounter 2?

I've played it with 2 different groups now with the same results.

Just curious. I credit the consistency to robert's placement in the far side of the room (beyond fireball range if dropped near the entrance) and Davis's knack for sneaking by the party to go back to the natural bridge. In the heat of battle, both remained clear of the worst damage each time I ran it. Not that it was planned that way....just seems to pan out that way.

Alas, both times poor Peter and Steve sustained the brunt of the damage simply due to their central location in the chamber, and giving Tami the keys only served to make her a target.
