TLG at Vision Con in Springfield, MO Feb 15-17 updated

Post by tylermo »

As of today, Troll Lord Games has been comfirmed as a dealer at Vision Con 21 in Springfield, Missouri. The con will be held at the Howard Johnson hotel Feb. 15-17, 2013. My fellow trolls, James and JL, will be along to assist me in the dealers room. We'll offer a nearly full line of TLG products, including most of the latest releases. James and I will run 3-5 C&C demos over the weekend. More information about gaming sessions will be provided in the near future. Check out Vision Con 21 at visioncon.net Hope to see you there.

Awesome. It's my first time at VC. The Arkansas Trolls have attended a time or two in the past. I look forward to meeting one of the C&C grand masters, if you're able to make it. Feel free to run some C&C games at the con.

At best I will make it up for a day. I don't plan on running anything but may try to get in a game or two. Since you guys will be there I'll stop by and, if things are boring, volunteer some help at the booth.

There were more prior to 2010? I couldn't even find a decent comics shop there.

Back in the 90's Caveman Comics was the big comic shop and The Hobby Dashery was the big game shop. There was crossover between the two and there were smaller shops at the time. My first VisionCon was around '95-'96. As for now MetaGames is the Big game shop and I am not sure there even is a big comic shop now that Caveman is gone.

Just a reminder...Troll Lord Games will be at Vision Con 21 Feb. 15-17 in Springfield, Missouri. We'll have most of TLG's product line in the dealers room. James and I will be gm'ing at least five games over the weekend. I'll post them in the next day or two. Aaron Douglass (of Battlestar Galactica-Chief Tyrol) will be among the many guests. Please join us for a great time. Check it out at visioncon.net.
