Acrobat tumbling question (C&C Rules Compilation)

Hello all !
First post here, and i've a question about the Acrobat class of this C&C Rules Compilation

For our Forgotten Realms campaign, we translate old Rolemaster characters to C&C system. On of the character is an Acrobat in Rolemaster rules, and the player pick-up the Acrobat class on C&C Compilation.

But I'm confused about the tumbling capacity. If I read well, the base AC to a character is as follow:
Dexterity check result (Dex +3 + 1D20)
Bonus character class (lvl 14)
Dexterity is a favoured attribute, but it's not a "Siege" check, isn't it ?
Bonus of armour (+5) and magic ring +2 AC

For a total of ... 34, if he roll 10 on dice...

It is correct ? not too much ? The character is nearly untouchable by normal means ^^

What you think of this ?

I snatched that ability from the Duelist. I'll take a look at it, as that is way to high. The ring probably shouldn't be added (unless the ring adds a dex bonus), as it says they loose their standard AC.

I toned tumbling down some, it should now be usable.

I use this for my acrobat, inspired by the original first edition of D&D. I know it needs some updating, like modifying the Stunted Growth ability as per the official AD&D errata for Unearthed Arcana, but I don't really care.
