Since its 20,000 I suggest "Captain Nemo" as his title. Beyond the obvious connection, he is one who sails on his own terms and ignores those he doesn't agree with...confident in his journey and goals.

Well, they obviously aren't marking everything down. I hope they do. Plus I hope they leave it up past May 1st.

I might get Dro Mandras I & II next week. This week, I picked up Crusader #13 and AGP's Barbarians of the Wilderlands (also on sale).

Yeah, I'm eyeballing DB4&5 too. I considered getting those two last week. Now I'm glad I waited.

Wish the Trolls would do some sort of discount thing where if you order a module diret from them they sent you a coupon code to get the PDF at a discount rate or something.

That'd rock out loud.

I completely agree! I own all the print and I get the PDF products frequently when I run the module (I print out sections and annotate them) or when I come to review a product (which I've been doing for the Domesday), as well as general convenience.

However, I think buying them from your local shop is not a bad thing since it might help with 'C&C presence'. I've bought about a third of my C&C stuff direct from the Trolls, a third from online retailers, and a third from a local store.

The advantage from ordering straight from the source is I'm liable to get it a lot sooner than through other channels. The problem is that can be a more expensive option after shipping and the exchange rate.

Well, I have the M&T now, and snagged the Eastern Airhde Map while I was at it. Now I need to figure out how to decrease its PDF size of 17 Megs (Extracted) to something I can use on Maptools. Hopefully Paint will allow me to do something.

Sadly, I no longer reside in Ireland (left in June).
Happily, I now divide my time between Milwaukee and Toronto.

Huh. I just noticed that the PDFs for the PHB and M&T are not for the most recent printing (which is too bad IMO).

Will PDFs for the new versions be available at some point? I'll likely get the hardcopy versions eventually in any case, but I like to have PDFs as I travel a lot.

Actually they are at the moment but that will change in the next couple of months. Currently, you have the 3rd print version of the PHB and the 2nd print version of the M&T. The M&T used to be that of the 1st print version but it was replaced with the newer one shortly after it came out.

Unfortunately, as it stands right now, those who bought the 1st printing M&T in PDF form aren't upgraded to the 2nd printing (which sucks IMO). I bought the 1st print M&T in PDF form a couple of years back but re-downloading the file only seems to get you the same print version. This is despite the fact that you can only now buy the 2nd print.

But I digress. I assume that these current PDF versions will also get replaced once the actual new printings are available. I'll probably wait for the CKG and Gods & Monsters to be released in PDF form too and see if they release the PDFs as a bundle.

Not only what Moriarity says, but the new printings aren't even officially out yet, so those are the most currently in print PDF's, until a few weeks from now.

Plus, the newest version of the PHB is going to be at least a few months off it seems. For the current price it seems worthy. Kinda sad that I paid full price for the .pdfs.

Yeah, the last sale was about 6 months ago. M&T and PH were $10 then too.

I scream CONSPIRACY!

Actually, I'm toying with the idea of ordering something and ordering a copy of the newest Black Libram as well.
