Pretty darn sure the answer at this point in time is, no, you cannot. I haven't even seen a hint of thought being given to this idea. So if they are considering it, I haven't seen anything said publicly. Maybe they could make this option available via Drivethru or Lulu's POD services.

Yeah, ya won't see it as a printed copy in the TL shp. PDF or POD is the only possibility.

Is the current flip book in color? I think it's black and white, but not sure. So maybe the 6th printing version will be black and white.

The digest size 6th printing is B&W.

I would think that will make it even easier for the Trolls to offer up at least a POD option. Since they already have a non colorized version available. Which should just be a matter of turning off the color layers anyways.

Slimey, according to the TLG store, the Flipbook is the most current printings (PHB 6th & M&T 4th) and is in black and white. It runs in the $30 US range. Just an FYI.

Cool thanx Rigon. Yeah, I picked up the flip book, and it's killer. Awesome product.

I do sooo want a hard cover black and white as well. :)

I need that latest flipbook. My old (2010/2009) one is holding up a bit, and I think I have a later copy (with the Jason Walton covers).

Yep, I'm also a proud owner of the awsome flip book. A friendly bump as I would gladly buy a black and white hard cover as well.

Yeah, I stuck with my 4th printing books, the lasts in black & white I think.
I try to buy only this one, but now I need do print some new books, and I'm afraid the golden background will be awful on a black and white printer :|
