If you have ever wanted to be creative with handing out some info for your pulp game; Mutable Deceptions by Cthulhu Reborn, might just be up your alley.

RPGnow and DriveThru RPG

Not only would this tool be perfect for Pulp but for me personally it'd be ideal for The Amazing Engine: Tabloid! game.
