Not sure if the Players Guide to HH is available in print anymore, but it's probably still out there in pdf.

Hope so, the HH hardcovers are a couple of my favorite C&C books.

There was a kickstarter, though I got them from my hobby store. Though I think they got them from the kickstarter.
