Purchasing AGP Products

I am interested in the various products produced by AGP, but I am confused about availibility. The individual product pages for the Adventure Games Journal and the map list individual prices, but the online store page seems to suggest they're only available if you order a subscription. Is that the case?

The products are available individually... I really need to overhaul that page to clarify things, but I'm waiting until I can put up a few more products. Maybe a small note or two in the meantime...
