Strange Vistas Updated Again [2/23]

It's been almost two months since we've played as a result of weather, work, illness and death (and combinations thereof), but we're back on the crusade! What's more, we've got one new player, and two more in the wings!

And what's more, next Friday, it's off to the "cursed" dungeon, Caer Rix! With even more exclamation points!

Favorite moment of the night (the "break the CK moment"). The PC's discover a magical brazier a necromancer is using to communicate to his boss. The cleric triggers the brazier, the evil overload appears and says, "who are you? Where is my necromancer?"

"I'm his beautiful sister," she says without missing a beat.

Man that was soo funny! She's a crazy player anyway but that took the cake.

Another funny thing that happened: I play Frankie the Fantabulous!, a gnome illusionist. Frankie's been having a hard time lately because we've encountered a lot of undead. Illusions don't affect undead. Frankie searched around for a good illusion spell that would affect them or anything that would be useful in combat. He found color spray.

So we're in the dungeon and Frankie is all pumped up about his new spell, but we keep running into undead. Then we sneak up on this necromancer and Frankie throws the color spray on his bugbear leutenant. Frankie mentions that he has to use colored objects. So the Ranger says "What... you're throwing Skittles?" and Frankie replies...
