I just noticed the larger of the two AWD folio books has a price list on the back that includes:
8016 CS1 The Rings of Brass CS: Intro to Aihrde $8.95 1-931275-46-7
Which of course turned into the folio I am holding in my hands. Oops!

Yeppers, the first 500 or so covers were finished when I decided to upgrade the whole project to a folio edition, and being cheap I didn't want to reprint them.
