Post by Rigon »

I couldn't find if this has been anwsered before, but why aren't there any ranged weapons listed for the cleric?

Mainly because its been a long tradition that the cleric uses blunt melee weapons only. But as it says under the "Weapon Selection" section, a cleric could use some other kind of weapons if the CK has a pantheon that permits such use.

Clerics should be allowed to use the sling as well as bolas and a net. There are likely other ranged weapons that should be given to the cleric as well. But, Peter is also correct that a cleric's deity can give access to another weapon not already on the list.
