Conan Adventures in an Age Undreamed Of pdf released
The pdf of the book has been released. I got in ont he Kickstarter, so I've had verying versions of it for a while. But the final version, as well as a book of adventures, have officially released. I have little experience with the system, but it's a damn pretty book. With work and school, I haven't dived fulliy into it yet. It looks interesting. Anyone else pick it up? Thoughts?

I backed it as well. I have yet to run or play it, but they definitely made it look really good. I am very pleased with the artwork and layout aesthetics.
Since its 20,000 I suggest "Captain Nemo" as his title. Beyond the obvious connection, he is one who sails on his own terms and ignores those he doesn't agree with...confident in his journey and goals.

I did some of the John Carter RPG playtest, which is supposed to be based on the same general mechanic, and I found it to be okay but not as nice as some of the other RPGs on my shelf. I agree about the artwork, though. I've seen some of the Conan and John Carter previews and they certainly have done a nice job on the visual aspect of the game.

Here's a great link to a solid C&C Conan document that really molds Mongoose D20 into C&C.

Also might be really useful for Conan 2D20 kickstarter backers who now have access to entire Mongoose library in PDF. I've certainly enjoyed it and been singing it's praises.
Personally, I backed Modiphius 2D20 book, but mostly for the fluff/art/setting out info, which so far looks like they've nailed.

I was too late to back the Modiphius kickstarter, but I have been tempted to take the plunge and buy the pdf. The artwork looks amazing and I am intrigued by the mechanics.
