<t>That's a tough call. I'm trying to keep sentimental bias out of the equation. It would be so easy to say AD&D 1st, the old E. Otus covered box set, Star Frontiers, Gamma World 2nd, Doctor Who and Star Trek(from FASA), or even James Bond (Victory Games) which holds up pretty well by today's st...

<t>No barbarians and bards? After reading the review on this thread, I must admit, I'm a little put off. I'm gamer from 1982 or 83 who started out with the Erol O. covered basic box, and the AD&D hardbacks, as well as Star Frontiers and Gamma World. Off and on I played a lot of different games. ...

Any particular, or suggested order to run C&C mods

<t>Hi. Since 2003, I have purchased nearly all of the C&C and Zagyg cores and mods. I have only largely played at conventions(with Todd Gray, P. Bradley, etc) and am hoping to rectify by running a campaign. I'm not much of a writer, and would be relying on a number of the mods, and the Zagyg boo...

Amazingly enough I got my pm to finally go through. I'm not sure if it's an AOL or dial up issue but I haven't been able to get on TLG's or Savage Worlds' forums since we've been back online. It may have just cost me an opportunity to play test. Any help?

Out of Solomon Kane? That's probably because of the soon-to-be released Savage Worlds Solomon Kane RPG from Pinnacle. Good stuff. I bought mine at GenCon.

Best order to run C&C's mods

<t>Hello. Might be a crazy question, but what's the best order to run C&C's mods in. I own almost all of the mods, including recent GenCon releases. I realize there are different series and varying levels, but maybe somebody could break it down including official pdf adventures. Thanks for helpi...

I'm all for it, but my wife would kill me if I add another con to the ever-growing yearly line-up. Seriously, that's a great idea. The state of Arkansas needs something else other than Clinton's museum.

<t>I'm from Missouri! Somewhat close to the Trolllord gang, I suppose. If you call 4 hours close. Yep, it's the Egyptian Campaign guy again. hehe I'm a close personal friend of Todd and Steve, and I'm requesting a tour of the Troll factory. hehe Maybe a game session or two at Chenault Manor?? Locate...

<t>Glad to hear that some of you guys enjoy Savage Worlds. I've been buying that product since the game's 2nd year on the market. And, some Deadlands before that. Unfortunately, I don't get to play as much C&C. It's funny. I've purchased almost all of the C&C material since Todd and Steve ha...

<t>Guys, the booth was fantastic this year. Between Gary, the "boothbabe", Peter B, Davis, etc., and the wonderful product, you guys delivered the goods. Got into one of Todd G.'s games, and it was good as usual. It's always great seeing at least some of you two or three times a year at Gencon, Arch...

<t>I'll be sure to look at the quick start rules. And, Todd Gray recently told me that you'd probably be at the booth. Definately looking forward to meeting you in person. Can't wait to read your next installment in the Crusader. Also hoping the next Zagyg supplement will be available at the con. Th...

<t>I agree with many of the comments thus far. As for 3rd, and 3.5, I played them off and on, and found some enjoyment. And, that's coming from a person who played some 1st and 2nd edition since 1982 or 83. That said, it seems 3/3.5 gets crushed under its own weight with the various splat books, etc...
