I convert alot of stuff, so adding bonuses on the fly is easy for me.
Thats all i do. I know the weapon damage... I know the bonuses...easy
Course you can also just decide dam and bonus based on your whim.
I have done whim damage a few times and i have to say it saves on notes and rereads in mods.

As to the other part, (God(s) deciding what to grant) I can't comment on as you haven't given sufficient info (rules) in order to quantify what in game effect this would actually have. Gotta disagree. Cleric and Wizards are not equal in power. Clerics have far fewer offencive spells. The cleric also will still need to reserve spells to heal. From my experiance a cleric will dedicate about 1/3 of their spells to nonhealing. I dont see this system as changing that. This is also not ...

I considered the Siege check and dicarded it. This is supposed to be the will of the Deity not the skill of the caster. I dont really see how this will be making clerics more powerful. I dont believe swiftness of arm means melee only.
Seems to be flavor text justifing the Rangers armor restrictions.

'Swiftness of arm' is a general term for how fast the ranger can bring weapons against foes.

I was looking at as a session a mission. You talk about making things up with items...The reason a class lags in levels is it is more powerful. The xp charts reflect this. A rouge 2 levels ahead of a warrior is still less powerful then the warrior. I have to ask are you tracking the xp for everyone ...

The problem with 3.5 and pathfinders uni xp system is the classes are balanceable. 7 ft 7 rogue and 7 wiz in those systems are not equal in power. Just because you run a 1 or 2 deity campaign doesnt mean you cant use the other deities. Just declare them as false gods. The major religons will seek to stamp out thier worshipers and eventualy destroy the false gods. This allows the gods book to be an extended (very high level) monster book. Limit...

Runng a game where you do not railroad is not story telling. Nyarlathotep5150 you described a railroad. That is not typical D&D unless you count most 3e/4e modules as typical.
