Quote: Pulp Siege will be released in a series (serialized--get it?) of four perfect-bound books COOL!, this sounds good to me - wondering if the plan is for 'full size' (as in same size as C&C) or 'smaller' sized books (similar to Savage Worlds). Not that it makes much difference to me, just wanti...

Anyway, since I'm in UK, prices tend to be dependant upon the $ to , so change to $24.95 is absolutely fine, PLUS extra bits, chance of multiclassing rules etc. all makes this seem even MORE exciting! <br/> Keep up the great work<...

Quote:
There will be three different skill systems offered up as suggested approaches to using skills.
Does this refer to the Adjuncts (as Crusader 14 mentions these are one of 3 approaches to 'skills' and 'traits'), or is there a further 'skills' section in the CKG?

Sad news I've always enjoyed Edding's books, and the Belgariad will always have a special place for me, as it is the book set both me and my now wife had in common when we first met many years ago! (and also the only fantasy books I've ever known my dad to read)

Serl, I agree with DD, the example gives a nice 'feel' but is generalised enough to easily drop into an ongoing game (and may even spark a few ideas....)

Just to go back up the thread a bit, I quite like the idea Moriarty777 put forward: Quote: Thus far, I was leaning with keeping the 'literary' stat block but also having a reference sheet / page which contains a list of all the critters in the mod in with just the basic and shortened stats. The more I think about this, the more I am wondering about keeping things simple: Quote: You could grant a +2 AC to the mounted character... after all, it's hard to reach the person effectively from the ground. That AC bonus would be ignored if the foot soldiers are armed with "reach" style weapons....

Although not specifically listed in the "situational modifiers" I give a recirpocal penalty when attacking a mounted foe; I also agree with serleran, and only apply "Melee attack from a mount or unstable platform, -2" to untrained mounts (riding horses, or a war horse that the character is not famil...
