Re: Addicted to Megadungeons

Level one is up, all 9 maps. All links in my navigation menus should be fixed. First level is the first dungeon i ever mapped, and it is in blue/white. When i get the room descriptions, I'll put them up on my site. The best way to keep track of my website updates is to read the What is New page. htt...

Re: Addicted to Megadungeons

I started putting the thumbnail pages up, by first uploading the individual maps one per page; however, this is going to take me a couple of weeks to complete.

You're welcome.

If anyone wants the thumbnail pages up, that would take me a couple of days. Just post here.

Re: Addicted to Megadungeons

All fixed now.

I uploaded level 5 in multiple zip files for those with a slower connection.

All of level 5 in one zip is 202 megabytes.

Re: Addicted to Megadungeons

I made one I called Dwarf Home. Only 6 levels mapped, but some of them were rather large. Not presently up on my sites as i am trying to find time to remap and edit the room descriptions. But here are the old zip files, except level 3, for levels 1 through 6. No room descriptions below level 4 and s...

Re: A VTT for C&C: FG SmiteWorks, Forge or wait for Foundry?

I've been trying out Epic Table. Haven't used it for a game though. I do suggest watching his videos. 30 day trial you can use it for CK or player, after that, player only. It is game agnostic. https://www.epictable.com/ edit: And you can host games at the table without being online. A downloaded fi...

Re: module with pre-rolled characters or a list of characters & stats ?

Walking through character creation, by using the character sheet, I understand more about it. I'm doing things in sequence on the sheet. Sumatra pdf reader doesn't make it fillable; however, opening it in MS Edge, I can edit the pdf. After I do two or three of these characters, where can I post them...

Re: B&W fillable character sheet (pdf)

I hate to Necro a thread, but my computer suddenly showed me MS Edge can edit fillable pdfs.

I have Sumatra, but it is just a pdf reader.

Re: module with pre-rolled characters or a list of characters & stats ?

Some pre-rolleds on the Knights of the Crusades download section. Also, the previously mentioned Character Familiar spreadsheet makes doing your own easy within 5-10 minutes each, also on the Knights downloads section. Unaware of any modules that have such by TLG. Fiff already mentioned the Almanac...

Re: module with pre-rolled characters or a list of characters & stats ?

I downloaded some of those. I know how to roll the 3d6... its making sure I get the characters correct for C&C that is where I get lost. I think I understand Primary and Secondary stats. I saw mention of Constitution bonus, but the only add I can find is under Attribute Modifiers on page 16 of t...

Re: a water and dry land dungeon

If you go to the search page: https://atlas.monsen.cc/Search

And put in the 'Text in Map' The Hidden, it will show you all of the maps in this set, for a total of 9 maps. Overland and dungeon. The above map is 'The Hidden level 02'.

The NPC Almanac vol 1 doesn't have stats, just general info. I'll get some of the rest on payday.

You're welcome. My profile has a link to my site, which has links to most of the rest of my rpg sites. Some of my older maps aren't very good, I am very slowly updating them.

Re: New but also returning (AKA Converting early D&D modules to C&C)

When I made a map of a dungeon, I also typed or wrote a facing page for the monsters on that map. I used a basic list of their capabilities: HD, attacks and dice for the damage, movement, etc. with space under each monster's HP so I could list which character attacked which monster for xp afterwards...

Re: May I post a link to a free map site ?

If you have the software, you might drop by the official forums. We work on maps there, give out advice, live stream how to use it. etc. to help mappers improve their maps. They have certainly helped me.

Re: module with pre-rolled characters or a list of characters & stats ?

I made characters years ago for 1e ad&d, and later on found out I had made several mistakes. No internet back then...

Mostly to compare with ones already done. I try for a character and I get similar results, I'll know I'm close to doing it correctly.

I'll take a gander at the NPC Almanac.

module with pre-rolled characters or a list of characters & stats ?

I'm looking over the players handbook. I was wondering if one of the modules, or there was a list somewhere, of pre-made/rolled characters I could look at.

I'm sure I'll make mistakes, but I wanted to keep them down to a soft roar.

Thanks !
