Re: font size adjustments?

Hello there! I found a plugin which works :) 1. Go to your User Control Panel by clicking on your username top right, by your avatar. User Control Panel 1.jpg 2. Under "Board Preferences" change "Would you prefer the font to be larger?" to "Yes" and a value, for a gener...

[2024.05.20] Minor forum update imminent

Hey all. As you are aware the forums were down recently. Thanks to Monica for her help getting it back up and running. I have just made a database backup and updated/installed a few extensions. I am now in the process of downloading the entire forum so I have a local backup and will then temporarily...

Re: Your dream campaign

I want so badly to run the Masks scenario for CoC, but it involves such a huge time-sink for me as GM, and that's before even starting - you have to have read and digested the entire scenario before starting in order to do it justice and not be caught unaware during play.

Re: New but also returning (AKA Converting early D&D modules to C&C)

Slight tangent - Goodman Games are shutting their forum down; so if you have anything you want saved either download the data or get WaybackMachine to grab each page you want (it doesn't crawl the site, you have to get each page manually). What's their reasoning? The usual - social media sites like...

Re: font size adjustments?

Hello and welcome to the forum! There is not currently a way to do it, but it is something I am acutely aware of it needing. I took over the curatorship half a year or so ago, so most of what you see here is legacy and out of my control. I will look into the possibility of a module once more, but in...

Re: Latest printing of CKG?

I might be wrong but I think that the fourth printing is identical to 3rd printing, they just ran out of stock so made more. DMSamuel clarified the changes for me: "Layout and art changes... the 4th printing has a TON of new art, including representations of each foritification type, represent...

Re: What gaming stuff are you reading?

Pendragon 6e Starter Set. I have made a character using the start of the book so far. Next up will be the solo adventure to get used to the sytem etc. I have always liked the idea of Pendragon, and even tried it back in the day (I think it was the 3ed or maybe 4ed version). However, the group I was...

Re: Permanency & Con saving throw

I do have a little more free time than I used to, as I don't have people I have to take care of anymore as a second job. So if the Trolls ever need me I'm game, schedule and personal time permitting. Part of me wants them to hit me up, .... Do they know that? Have you reached out to tell them? I'm ...

Re: New Codices

Got my Codex Sinarum on Thursday. It's okay, not great. As a specialist in Chinese history and culture (though not religion), I don't want to be too critical, but I'll offer initial impressions. {Snip} Wonderful summation, thank you! It's shame there's some innacuracies in there, but I guess 95% of...

Recent Forum Issues

Hey all,

Just wanted to let you know there's been support logs ongoing for a few days with the host providers about the forums continually going down. They have hopefully fixed this now, but if it happens again, please bear with us while we continue to talk to them about it.

Thanks.
Bifford.

Recent forum issues

Hey all. The Trolls looked into the issues causing the forums to go down. They think it is sorted, but thdy had to use a database backup to do so, so there may be a few missing posts. I'm Not sure how many.

Thanks for your understanding and patience.

TLG & The Gygax Estate re-release Castle Zagyg: Yggsburgh

Stephen Chenault: As many of you have probably heard, Gary Gygax's material, long buried is at last coming back to the gaming table! I cannot express to you how deliriously happy everyone at Troll Lord Games, but for me personally it bears something a bit more personal. Gary was a friend of mine and...
