Have you taken a look at the Expanding Classes supplement? I just downloaded it yesterday and, although I haven't had time to scour over it in great detail, I have seen some pretty interesting options within.

Thanks! I tried to search the forums for the topic, but I'm apparently not very proficient the search tools!

Flasks of Oil
Has there ever been an official write up on throwing flasks of burning oil in C&C? I can't seem to find it anywhere...

Re: Serious Adventurers
One of the things I love about Goodman games is the quality, variety and style of their artwork. Take a glance through the Dungeon Crawl Classics core book and see what you think.

I like that RPGGeek list as well. I will cross reference it with the RPG.net list and compare it to my collection and then post what I end up with for review and so anyone can use it. It just may take a few weeks for me to get the time to finish it.

Re: C&C Product Line is there a list?
I'm not sure how many folks are interested in a comprehensive list of all things Troll Lord, but I have begun working on this. I have downloaded a list of 192 items from RPG.Net and I'm going to start editing it as time permits. I will share the progress with anyone interested and welcome any help o...

Re: [Save for Half Podcast] What's YOUR Top 5?
I have played both Star Frontiers and Marvel Super Heroes many, many times. I'm just curious to hear Mike and Liz's take on things. It would also be interesting to hear what DM Corbett has to say about it since I'm much less familiar with his tastes. Hearing what he thinks about games that I am very...

Re: [Save for Half Podcast] What's YOUR Top 5?
Here's MY Top 5 Want List for the Save for Half Podcast: 1. Marvel Super Heroes (TSR) 2. James Bond 007: Role-Playing In Her Majesty's Secret Service (Victory) 3. DC Heroes (Mayfair) 4. MERP - Middle-Earth Role Playing (I.C.E.) 5. Star Frontiers (TSR) I figured Champions and Traveller were already c...

My all-time favorite monster is probably the lich. No matter what the party's level, they always seem to send a shiver up the spine.

Re: What gaming stuff are you reading?
I just received my Judge's Guild Collection yesterday. It's MASSIVE! If you have any plans on running any of these adventures, I would definitely suggest the smaller reprints. This book is very nice as a collector's item, but almost completely unusable at the gaming table.

Re: Expedition to the Barrier Peaks
Those old TSR modules (many of which, as Gringnr stated, were used as tournament modules) were mostly designed so you could drop them into the middle of your campaign world and thus didn't tend to contain any major, overarching story lines or world changing plot schemes. It was up to the DM to turn ...

Re: Save for Half Episode #3: "Basic and Expert D&D"
I am currently running my C&C group through B1: Into the Unknown. I had them roll 3d6 in order for stats, I limited Classes and Races to what is available in Moldvay Basic (4 human classes, Dwarves and Halflings could only be fighters, and Elves are Fighter/Wizards) and reduced the gear and spell op...

Re: Recommended modules?
I ran a long campaign for my C&C group using nothing but classic 1E adventures. Up through about 8th level I made very few changes. From 9th through 15th level I really had to start ramping the monsters up. For the Against the Giants series I started giving all of the giants their corresponding stre...

Re: Most of my group will be new to C&C
I just played A0 and A1 at Gary Con IX this past weekend. They are very much AD&D 1E in flavor so it will be an easy transition for your group.
