Although I like the fact that Pathfinder has a lot of options, the overabundance of options can lead to a lot of min-maxing if the GM doesn't step in and put limits on things. Perhaps that's the reason I like Castles & Crusades - you can make a character without having to think about taking the ...

I want to see more monsters, classes, and spells. That is to say more "crunch". NPCs and background are nice, but too much setting specific information and 'fluff' makes it difficult to fit into my campaign.

I thought about giving all humans a 10% bonus to xp. That would reflect humans being quicker to learn and adapt to new situations ].

The problem with kits was that they varied so much in scope and quality. After our group finishes our Shadowrun game, I plan to run Planescape with Castles & Crusades. I thought about using the 3.5 rules, but with so many splatbooks for 3.5 I figured it would be easier to make characters using Castles & Crusades.

Yeah, I never understood why the picture of the gnome had a snout and long ears. Maybe some people picture a gnome like that, but not me.I just hope they stop using a picture of a bipedal donkey in place of a Gnome!
