Re: Your favorite fantasy RPGs?
Right now I'd say C&C and BFRPG top my list, I started with 1E then moved to 2E then on to 3E and 3.5, but I really don't see me playing any edition of D&D, unless 5th edition shows me something.

Re: Is the Fighter Lacking?
I'm in the fighter is just fine as is camp. While not flashy, IMHO it does exactly what the class should do, fight better than any other class. Other classes may have thier moments against certain foes or in certain circamstances, but over all from battle to battle the fighter is the best.

Re: Handwaved encumberance...
For me, I guess it just means that I don't actually calculate things out. I prefer to use common sense, though I'm pretty generous, because I'm more interested in fun adventuring than bookkeeping or realism. So as long as it seems reasonable, I don't worry about it. If the player seems to be trying...

Re: Myth & Magic RPG
I'm looking forward to the release of the print version of the starter guide. I really liked 2E when we played it, and this seems to "update" a lot of the mechanics. For me it looks like a mix of 2E and C&C.

Re: THE FIRST CKG EVER!
The adjuncts were discussed way back as a sort of 'skill' system (but more flexible if I recall correctly), but the name may well have changed (I think they were discussed in the Feb 09 Crusader as being in the CKG). Is there any help on creating classes? (never having been a big D&D follower, I fi...
