Re: Windows Computer setup advice and Virus Removal advice

I'm no computer wiz. Wish I was. I lost 2 years of work when I did a fresh install of Win 7. I'm trying to learn but the technology moves to fast for this old codger. When I get settled I hope to renew my Crusader sub and get the new stuff. Breakdaddy, maybe you can do some remote assistance when I'...

Re: Public Thanks

Just wanted to pop in and point to a bunch o' new stuff on my site http://www.polyhedrongames.com and at RPGNow. My last iteration of product netted me a temporary ban on the KenzerCo boards for "advertising." What I'm doing here is advertising, there it was just a mention of the neat west...

Public Thanks

I'm still struggling mightily to keep up with this hobby, but I need to take a moment and thank Steve for his gracious permission to allow me to display my wares at the Trolls dealer table at GaryCon. Next up on my agenda is the NTRPGCon and Polyhedron Games LLC will be there!

Re: KISS, the "Keep It Simple System"

I've recently been working on "The Keeper's Section," a section of tips for the GM in running KISS™. This will be included in the final product. I made a couple of minor changes in the character sheet to accommodate Keepers' options.

KISS, the "Keep It Simple System"

Well, it was a long time coming. This stuff just isn't easy anymore. My first draft of the Keep It Simple System was confusing according to the feedback I received. I had put it up on RPGNow as a free playtest download, but maybe I am getting smarter. This will be offered as a free download on Polyh...

Elves and spell resistance

Making up pregens for my GaryCon event and I'm still very much in catch-up mode. Says elves receive a +10 bonus to checks versus spells. Really? That mean many elven adventurers are immune to spells? Prime + level +10 = immunity in most cases. What gives w/ that?

Thanks. I could use a decent review on RPGNow. It seems they're not as simple as I thought at least to a couple of people. Gonna have to do a rewrite anyway, but some good strokes would be appreciated.

I've decided to make my simple rules system generally available. You can grab the preliminary playtest version at RPGNow or in the Upcoming Products section of my website for free. I need playtest evaluators.

Barghest and Ogre Magi

I've been working on some C&C stuff and there are a couple of refinements for these critters that I've made in which you might be interested. The first is the barghest. I noticed in the description that it stated that a soul slain by one was irrevocably dead. OK. So, you get thrashed by a barghe...
