Nate's New Sunday Night Game
Re: Nate's New Sunday Night Game
Looks like I finally got FG to work on my laptop again.
Since its 20,000 I suggest "Captain Nemo" as his title. Beyond the obvious connection, he is one who sails on his own terms and ignores those he doesn't agree with...confident in his journey and goals.

Re: Nate's New Sunday Night Game
Sorry I missed the game. Yesterday was the last show of Mary's play and we had to help strike the set afterwards. We didn't get out of the theater until late.

Re: Nate's New Sunday Night Game
Well, no worries. We deposed the matriarch of House Eilserv through subterfuge and surgical strike, installing our mobster friend in her place, while supporting his claim through military invasion. I am not sure how necessary the Tormtor ruse was, but it did have them pretty riled.
We just pretty much flew into their stalactite fortress after a few small missteps and brought Ja'heim and Hamish in for reinforcement, but really, most of the work was Lorimar dimension-dooring invisibly into the matriarch's chamber with the assassin, who poisoned her with a hand crossbow, which surprisingly worked. Poor Fulgrim sacrificed a year of his life getting hasted so he could fill her full of crossbow bolts (8 from the heavy crossbow of speed, while hasted, with my 2 attacks per round). He looks forward to being able to drink in taverns.
We seem to be safe for the moment but we probably had better skedaddle to the Fane where we'll be secure from these Drow.
Umm. Yeah.

Game on 3/26 off as I will be driving back from Gary Con.

Re: Nate's New Sunday Night Game
That was a hell of a brutal fight last night.
Nate had said that the next session should be on April 9. It is important that everyone make this one. Lolth nearly had us.

As far as I know at this point, I won't be doing any more travelling until the middle of April. So as long as that holds, I should make it.Rigon wrote:That was a hell of a brutal fight last night.

Rigon - if it matters I reread the encounter and she was suppose to have half the HP. So, you guys cleaned her clock just fine.
Re: Nate's New Sunday Night Game
No, it doesn't matter. I had to lay down a few Wall of Thorns just so I didn't die.nwelte1 wrote:Rigon - if it matters I reread the encounter and she was suppose to have half the HP. So, you guys cleaned her clock just fine.

Yes. It may be a shorter session. I am working on a trial I start this week.
Re: Nate's New Sunday Night Game
FG appears to work on my Desk Top, won't know for certain until I actually sign into the game. Do we use SKYPE or Discord?

Oh shit, I thought this was an off week. I'll try to get on in a bit. The Mrs isn't feeling well and I just got home from work. I may not make it at all.

Dispite my mic issues, that was a great session. Nice use of the fortress.

Current plans are to be travelling back to AZ, so if that ends up being the case, I won't make it.nwelte1 wrote:Game on.

Re: Nate's New Sunday Night Game
Absolutely! Just try to not get me killed, already lost one character last week that I wasn't playing. So if it happens again I will have to reconsider allowing others to play my characters.Rigon wrote:Can we use your character? It's storming here pretty badly. Hopefully, it will pass by the time the game starts. My power has already flickered twice in the passed 15 minutes.
