U1–U3 - are they good?

Post by dawnrazor »

Hey all,

I have been looking at the U-series of adventures. Are they good?

Titles please. I never remember them by their letter-number designation.
Since its 20,000 I suggest "Captain Nemo" as his title. Beyond the obvious connection, he is one who sails on his own terms and ignores those he doesn't agree with...confident in his journey and goals.

Never ran U2, U3 but U1 The Sinister Secret of Saltmarsh is very good. You get haunted and house adventure and then a fun attack the ship battle.

I think he means the C&C U series. Of which I have now looked up and realize I have ran them and am even currently playing through one of them. Yes, they are good. I ran U3, and it is still a well remembered adventure for my 3 kids.

Shadows of Halfling Hall, Verdant Rage, and Fingers of the Forsaken Hand, as well as U4 Curse of the Khan.

Verdant Rage is my favourite C&C adventure.
