Beasts and Barbarians using the Savage World rules from Gramel Games is perfect campaign setting for Conan like adventures.

I own a pdf of the intial release. I don't have the print book/gold edition. I liked what I saw. Always hoped that Savage Worlds could have gotten the Conan license. They've done such a great job with Solomon Kane.

Wow. What a coincidence -- the group and I just picked up the PDFs and are really getting jazzed at playing this. Certainly loving the feel and look.

Solomon Kane is pretty darn awesome.
Since its 20,000 I suggest "Captain Nemo" as his title. Beyond the obvious connection, he is one who sails on his own terms and ignores those he doesn't agree with...confident in his journey and goals.
