#12 missing articles, web enhacements or in #14

Didn't see a mention about the "high level play" or Mass Battle article in #13, so just wondering when, or if, these articles where going to show up.

I'll have to revisit these. Sometimes we get behind on some articles and have to replace them. The Mass battle rules needed some adjustments so were not ready for public display. But we'll get them out soon!
