Modular Underground Project

Post by moriarty777 »

Hey folks,

I figured I'd point this out to my fellow Crusaders ... A lot of of use miniatures and some like Dwarven Forge, Dungeonstone, and other types of stuff for their 3D terrain needs. I found out about this project a short while ago and it looks fantastic. It's also compatible (same scale) as the the other stuff so you can add elements to this as well.

Any way, I wrote something about it on my blog but I though I'd share the KS link here in case any of you are interested!

Happy Gaming and hope to see a few of you at GenCon at the end of the month! :)

I'll stick with my card stock. It does look awesome, but would cost a fortune to do decent sized builds.
Since its 20,000 I suggest "Captain Nemo" as his title. Beyond the obvious connection, he is one who sails on his own terms and ignores those he doesn't agree with...confident in his journey and goals.

Hehehe.. It is tempting and I'm giving in to temptation as I feel it is the only solution (save from making my own via Hirst Arts Molds) that is economical enough to warrant investing in.

I feel that $59 is enough to do smallish stuff and perfect if you are already using something like Dungeonstone or Dwarven Forge.

Two sets actually gives you decent range.

I have nothing save a lot of miniatures so I'm currently pledged at 5 kits but we'll see how the Reaper Bones III Kickstarter takes a chunk out of my finances.

Plus I hear TLG is doing another Kickstarter soon? ;)

Hmm, this kick was shut down early. Not sure what happened.

Looks like they were pretty confident that they were not going to meet their goal, and decided to cancel and rethink their approach instead of having the Kickstarter just fail outright. Just my take on it.
