Re: Worm module

That sounds lame, invalidating and preposterous. My folly was to allow myself to form some kind of mental allegiance with the Troll Lord (TL) products after reading some reviews, then playing some of the adventures and playing some of the competitors products. I'm continually reminded though that t...

Re: *Watches tumbleweed roll past*

Nice job on the editing as well. I have only caught a few minor typos, spacing issues or spelling errors along the way. Not that I get bent out of shape about such things, but I know it comes up a lot with TLG products as a source of contention. Glad you are enjoying the game! PLEASE take the time ...

Re: Worm module

Alas, I can't clarify because the map doesn't really match what I turned in, either. The artist took liberties with the example I sent and was more concerned with presentation than accuracy, which resulted in those liberties unfortunately not matching my text. As was pointed out, this sadly happens ...

Re: Pulp resources

Cool. I'd add that there are copies of the old radio dramas that feed right into pulp. I remember listening to "The Shadow" cds back before there were MP3s and the like. I'm sure they are floating around the internet somewhere. You've gotta find them and post links. Telling us you're sure there out...

It's in the errata and clarifications thread. http://www.trolllord.com/forums/viewtopic.php?f=32&t=12513 But actually, I'll re-post here and pin this to the top, so people can more easily see it (or at least, request it be done since I seem to have lost that ability): Rules for thrown explosives ARE...

The leathers take longer to produce (they are done out of house at a specialty craft bindery), so they haven't shipped yet.

The Future of Amazing Adventures

Because the Trolls are always looking ahead, I had a great virtual meeting with Steve yesterday during which we talked about some upcoming work for me, including the forthcoming Abyss Walker campaign setting for C&C, Brimstone and the Borderhounds (which is in editing), a short story for the Storyte...

Re: AA Kickstarter Rewards???

The Kickstarters are shipping this week. Most of the TLG staff was at Gen Con last week, which limited their ability to get stuff out the door. The CKG was first on the docket to ship. AA is next up. It's all in house and it IS on its way!

Re: Amazing Adventures Errata and Clarifications

Okay, folks, the second print debuted at Gen Con, and we've begun collecting errata. So far there are only two for the core book, and these are as always in the first post of the thread. As more are found, you know where they will be!

Re: *Watches tumbleweed roll past*

We had a great Gen Con and the launch of the revised and expanded second print, Companion and Monsters book was very well received! I'm starting to compile a few minor errata which I'll post above and just like with the first print, will continue to add to as we go along. I'm also going to try to be...

Hi Jason! I like what I saw in the basic book. Will the Companion have a bit more detailed unarmed combat rules for the likes of Doc Savage, the early Batman and Kato? Thanks... Guy The Pugilist has been completely overhauled in the second print to make it more of a down and dirty, grappling, wrest...

In case anyone missed it , we have an official date for the AA Second Print. The books are scheduled to ship from the printer on July 7, and will ship from the Trolls soon thereafter. Yes, folks, this also means that all three books plus Rise of the Red God will be at Gen Con! If I can get them to ...

It should be getting cross-posted. I think Joey Mullins is handling that. I'm not on G+. I really abhor everything about that service.

Well, presuming you've seen AA, you also have me at a disadvantage as to how they'd work together ;). We'll need to come up with some ideas and hammer something out, but yeah. I think it could be cool to do a line of adventures under both the AA and Victorious brands, which players of either (or bot...

Re: Victorious Classes

Actually, it occurs to me that a lot of stuff in the Companion could work with Victorious. There's a super powers system and an alchemy system, both based on reskinning the Gadgeteer class. There is a new twist on magic which changes the Arcanist into the Occultist and ties magic to madness and corr...

FYI, folks, in the Amazing Adventures Companion I have Acrobat, Feral (Tarzan), Archer, Duelist, Gunslinger, Soldier, and Pirate character classes. The Manual of Monsters has been released in PDF to backers. I proofed it, sent some corrections in, and it's just about print ready.
