I wasn't too impressed with it either. Honestly it looked more like a class you would multiclass with then by itself.

Our group is up and running!

So lately I have had a problem with the fact that my gaming group was very small and when one person in particular couldn't show up the game didn't happen. Well my wife and I went to Rock Gaming Store in Kendall Florida and we managed to find a player looking for a game and another that emailed me a...

Re: Non-C&C books you use (or intend to use) for your C&C ga

I use the excellent random encounter tables from the 1st Edition AD&D DMG. Sometimes I use the 2nd edition Monstrous Manual as well. I have been getting useful information from purpleworm.org since it has the complete book of dwarves for my all dwarf C&C game.

Forget it, found the character sheet. I was running a Conan game using Barbarians of Lemuria (another very cool game), but I might be willing to give this one a shot.

Re: C&C Conan complete

I am taking some time to read this document. I really like what I see. I am a real big fan of Conan and pretty much everything by REH. Do you think you could try coming up with a character sheet? I know the regular C&C sheet would probably work just as well but I would prefer something that has that...

My lab Uma is getting on in years. She is about 11 years old and although she is getting along pretty well I just hope she last long enough until my granddaughter is old enough to understand something like death. She loves Uma since she pretty grew up with her. I have lost two of my cats, Tyson and ...

Thinking about a Dwarf game.

So I am at work today and I was thinking about the next game I would like to run. I created, mostly in my head a C&C game set on earth about 50 million years in the future. I based sort of on the Dying Earth series but Jack Vance as well the Ganelorn Silvermane series by Lin Carter. I was thinking a...

Got my copy of the CKG at Garycon and I really like it. But there are some printing errors on the book pages 44 and 88. Is there any book exchange for this?

Re: Starting a game, finally! (West End Toronto)

Yeah, that kind of problem I think is all over. I live here in Miami Florida and there are hospitals that are really great and ones that I will never go to again. One in particular prescribed my wife not only the wrong medicine but double the dosage she was supposed to take if it had been the right ...

Equipment for higher level characters.

<t>My wife is going to be running an adventure at Garycon and has asked me to make up some pregens for her. The characters are about 7-9th level characters. Being that it is C&C making the characters are not going to be very hard, however I need to come up what equipment they would start off wit...

I ran a rather involved Champions/Hero game that went on for about 2 years. When I discovered C&C I had just ended the previous game and found that even though I like Hero I found that running C&C was so relaxing.

<t>Little background.<br/> <br/> I never liked D&D. Like many of us, I started off with D&D and played it back in the day. But, early D&D kind of underwhelmed me after awhile because of all the limitations. So when 3.0 and 3.5 D&D came out I was really excited but after some time I g...

I got it recently from Noble Knight Games and I do like it. I did have some problems with Ares/Mars being chaotic good and that the Aztec Gods did not have Queztcoatl, he was one of my favorites, in it. Still I think like the CKG (hint, hint) this book was way overdue.
